-1 \/ 4 tsp ground cinnamon<\/p>\n
-1 \/ 4 tsp.kion powder or cardamom powder<\/p>\n
-1 pinch of black pepper<\/p>\n
-1 pinch of cloves<\/p>\n
-1 tsp of honey or sweetener to taste<\/p>\n

-In a pot heat the coconut oil and add the spices: turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom or kion and stir.<\/p>\n
-Add the milk and heat while moving with a spoon. Try not to boil.<\/p>\n
-Remove from heat and sweeten with honey<\/p>\n
-Serve and decorate with cinnamon powder<\/p>\n
